Self-invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) & Small self-administered scheme

Many people want to have more control over how they invest their pension funds. This could be because they wish to appoint a stockbroker or buy and sell shares themselves.

Many SIPPs are also set up where someone wishes to use their pension fund to purchase a commercial property. Often this is a property which their own private business will rent from their pension scheme.

A SIPP is also able to raise finance towards a property purchase if there are insufficient funds in the pension fund.
