Where are meetings held?

Meetings are usually held at our Nottingham office, which you can find details about on our contact page. If you prefer, we can also visit you at your home or office. For clients that prefer remote meetings, we use Microsoft Teams.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have plenty of parking available directly outside our office building, so you will never struggle to find a parking space.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No, there is no charge for the initial meeting.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

Please bring details of existing pensions, investments and protection plans, but it’s not essential.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

The initial meeting typically takes 1–1.5 hours.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

No, the initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide whether we wish to work together. We will never pressure you into signing up to our service.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Are you independent?

Yes, it’s very important to us. It means that we can source and recommend products from the whole of the market, so we can truly find the solution that’s right for you.

Are you regulated?

We are directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can view our entry on the FCA register here.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we are not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT.
