Initial chat

To ensure we can help you and that we set realistic expectations, we will arrange for a screening call to take place. During this call, we will have an initial chat to find out what you are hoping to achieve and whether we’ll be able to help you reach your goals.

Initial meeting

Once we decide that we can help you, we will start the exploration stage. The initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and decide whether we wish to work together. We will never pressure you into signing up to our service. This meeting will typically take between 1–1.5 hours.

We want you to feel completely informed, so we will answer any questions you have about our services and how we work.

Gather information

If you decide to work with us on your financial journey, we will begin to gather information about your financial and personal circumstances. This will help us better understand your goals and what we can do to help you achieve them.

At this stage, we will confirm our fees and explain what you will receive.

Discovery stage

When we’ve obtained all the required information we need, we will get you to sign a Letter of Authority. This will be sent to existing providers to allow us to correspond with them on your behalf. Following this, we will begin to research arrangements.

Recommendations

Once our research is finished, we will put together our recommendations. We will always put these in writing, so you can read them at your leisure. We don’t typically have a meeting to present our recommendations to you, but if you would like one, we are more than happy to meet with you.

We will be on hand via telephone or email to answer any questions you may have. Once you’re happy with our recommendations, we will meet to sign the documents.

Implementation

As soon as you have signed the relevant documents and are completely happy with what we’ve recommended, we will implement the strategy we have developed for you. This includes providing and processing all the necessary paperwork to help deliver your aspirations.

Ongoing service

Once your plan is in place, we will agree on a process for regular reviews with you. As part of this, we will continue to monitor your plan and commit to a lifelong service. We encourage all clients to take advantage of this so we can review the performance of your plan and reassess your personal circumstances to ensure we are optimising opportunities.
