We’re always prepared to go the extra mile to meet your needs and work closely with them to deliver an outcome that’s right for you. Not many financial planners can say they work so closely with accountants, so we’re very lucky to have them a stone’s throw away.
Technology also plays an important role
Although we follow a people-first ethos and encourage direct communication with your financial planner, we utilise technology to further strengthen our service. This includes access to a secure online portal to keep an eye on your investments and upload documents securely.
We also use modern cashflow planning software to visualise your future and implement a financial plan that matches your objectives.
Finally, we’re free to make our own decisions
The definition of independent is “free from outside control”, and that nicely sums up how we work. As independent financial planners, we are in control of the way we run our firm, and we aren’t tied to any providers.
Put simply, we will offer products from the whole of the market. This allows us to find solutions and make recommendations based on your unique goals.
